Summary of the preaching

1John2, 24-.27

24 Therefore let that abide in you which you heard from the beginning. If what you have heard from the beginning remains in you, you will also remain in the Son and in the Father.

25 And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life.

26 I have written these things to you about those who lead you astray.

27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

In this chapter, the apostle John began to speak of the end times…

Which shows that in his day, he already thought he was close to the end of time. The disciples were already preparing for this great departure.

For us, even more so, we are closer to the end of time.

It says in verse 24:

Let what you have heard from the beginning remain with you. If what you have heard from the beginning remains in you, you will also remain in the Son and in the Father.

Cette parole s’adresse aux chrétiens, car les païens n’ont pas reçu de vérité. Et il dit que ce que vous avez reçu doit rester en vous. Et ceci est très important, car au chapitre précédent 1 John 1-2, il est également écrit :

1 That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life –

2 the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us,

** So in the beginning what did we hear?

That’s the question you have to ask yourself.

What kind of word is it? It’s the one that led you to Christ.

Beloved, this truth must be in you.

1John 2.25 And this is the promise that He has promised us—eternal life.

When this word abides in you – it will commit you to the kingdom of God.

And attached to this word is a promise: eternal life.

And under no circumstances should you forget this word. Because this word you have received – eternal life is attached to it.

If this word isn’t there, we’re wasting our time.

This word is supposed to help us discern between what is true and what is false.

We don’t have to be Christians in line with worldly thinking.

And for that to happen, the word must remain within us.

The Bible is clear on this point – the truth you know and have received is the one to which the anointing of deliverance applies.

John 8.32 And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

And it was this truth you received that destroyed the enemy’s programs and resistance.

This truth is the power of deliverance.

1Jean 2.26 These things I have written to you concerning those who try to deceive you.

We must distinguish between what is true and false, and keep only the truth.

Because if you don’t, you’ll be manipulated by various arguments heard from various sources and countries. This could confuse you, and even lead you astray from God’s path.

You must keep the truth – the word received from the one who lives in you: this risks confusing you, and even taking you out of God’s way.

1John 2.27 But the anointing which you have received from Him abides in you, and you do not need that anyone teach you; but as the same anointing teaches you concerning all things, and is true, and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you will abide in Him.

It is also written in

John 1.12 But to all who received her, to those who believe in her name, she gave power to become children of God, …

Beloved know that the day you accepted Christ into your life as your Master, when you accepted Him as your Lord and Savior; That day you received an anointing in your heart, a power to make you a child of God.

And it’s God himself who has placed this anointing in you.

2 Cor1. 21

And he who strengthens us with you in Christ, and has anointed us, is God,

In this anointing, there is power, healing, knowledge of good and evil ….

And if this anointing remains in us, it will enable us to discern what is right or wrong.

That’s why it says you don’t need to be taught, and if this anointing of knowledge abides in you – then it will be very difficult for the enemy to seduce us.

But what we see is that the enemy has succeeded in making us believe that he alone is capable of possessing a body.

And by making us believe he’s inside, he makes us believe that God the Father is outside, that Jesus is outside – that the Holy Spirit is outside.

That’s why it’s hard to believe that God dwells in you and that you have power within you.

But the truth you’ve received is already inside you – so what do you do with it?

Imagine if the president came to your house – and decided to live with you where you have two bedrooms.

So he takes one room and you another.

What do you see changing in your life?

For example: financial insurance, security, a name…

Since the president is so well protected, you – who also live in the same house as him – will also be protected.

Or if you fall ill – you’ll be taken to the best hospitals.

Or even several types of social and professional benefits…

This is the natural world – transfer it to the spiritual world.

So if Jesus is in you – if Jesus dwells in you – what change do you perceive?

Do you see greatness and grace in yourself or nothing at all?

Unfortunately, not much most of the time.

Why?

Because we usually doubt the Lord’s presence – his ability – the reality of Jesus in us.

And yet, he told us – I stand at the door and knock.

When you gave your life to Jesus – that means you opened the door. The word you heard that allowed you to open the door. You have to keep it.

Beloved, know that when Jesus entered, he did not enter you alone, but with the Father and the Holy Spirit as well.

What’s more, Jesus goes further: he has made you his temple.

** Consider this:

In Moses’ time, we know what the tabernacle represents.

And in God’s tabernacle, there were many utensils for service. Everything in the tabernacle was consecrated.

So God asked, for example, that the fire never go out on the altar of sacrifice – nor all the others (altar of incense…).

What was the purpose of the tabernacle?

God had said through this tabernacle:

Ex.29,45. I will dwell among the children of Israel and will be their God.

When Moses went to meet God in the tabernacle – he left with questions and returned with solutions.

Exodus 25:22 There I will meet with you; from the mercy seat, between the two cherubim on the ark of the testimony, I will give you all my orders for the children of Israel.

And it also says that when Moses met the Lord – afterwards, it was hard to look at him, for the glory of the Lord was on his face.

Exodus 24:29-30:

29 Moses came down from Mount Sinai, having the two tablets of the testimony in his hand, as he came down from the mountain; and he did not know that the skin of his face glowed, because he had spoken with the Lord.

30 Aaron and all the children of Israel looked at Moses, and behold, the skin of his face glowed; and they feared to approach him.

Beloved, you represent this tabernacle – you are God’s temple.

Through Christ – this tabernacle has even more value.

We’re even more valuable – because we carry Christ with us wherever we go.

We enter this place with questions and we have answers – we have supplications and we receive solutions, we pray and God’s glory descends -we intercede and lives are changed….

So every time you declare, I am the temple of God – Christ dwells in me – You’re not lying.

This is the truth, and this truth destroys the lie in you – it destroys the enemy’s plantations in your life.

If you don’t learn to keep this truth in your heart, it’s a tragedy.

And if you mix this truth with your own wisdom/reasoning – it’s a real waste of time.

Truth comes from Christ – it’s pure, it’s clear.

God doesn’t need your word and your intelligence to create or do anything.

So why add what comes from you to his word? The truth that God reveals to us is to deliver us, to lift us up in Him.

Every time we take our eyes off the truth, we give access to the enemy.

That’s why it’s so difficult for Christians today to move forward, because they pay attention to what the enemy is saying.

And he doesn’t even believe what Jesus says, or when he does, it’s just for a while. So when the enemy comes back with his lies, he accepts that.

Let’s get rid of it!

When Jesus went to the cross – his own Father looked away from his Son, for he bore the sin of the world. He suffered and is

death for your deliverance.

In 1 John 2 -24-27 ,

it says the word is true, the anointing you received is true.

This word that you have received from the beginning is true and you must keep it in your heart.

And you have to keep your word – day and night. You are one spirit with God.

The Bible says in 1 Cor. 2:15 The spiritual man, on the contrary, judges everything, and is himself judged by no one.

In other words, he who lives and walks by the spirit knows all -knows all. That’s why the enemy is afraid of us, because he knows we have the truth.

And he knows that if you stand up spiritually it’s going to be very complicated for him. Then, it does everything to make your eyes wander on futile things such as :

My toes are twisted, my hair won’t grow, my house hasn’t been paid for…

And for couples: my husband is short, he doesn’t pay the bills he doesn’t love me, he doesn’t wash the plates – my wife uses too much salt

in the soup, she’s not clean, she can’t cook…

So, the enemy draws our attention to all these things and because of all this, the Christian will take his eyes off the word of God and

attention to these trivial details.
And when it’s time to pray, the person won’t stop thinking about the problem, about what’s worrying them…and the hour will pass in the same way in the

presence of God without any connection with Him.

When it comes to praying, to applying God’s word, it’s easier for us to apply the devil’s lie instead of God’s truth.

God.

It’s not right, we have to change!

1John 2.27 As for you, the anointing you received from him abides in you, and you do not need to be taught; but as his anointing teaches you all things, and is true and not a lie, abide in him according to the teachings he has given you.

We’ve learned for someone to build on rock – it’s not just listening, but practicing the word.

Mat 7. 24 Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:

Indeed, listening isn’t enough – and applying God’s word intellectually isn’t the right thing to do. Because it doesn’t

that doesn’t make us solid Christians – it doesn’t make us have real experiences with the Lord.

It’s the practice of speaking that creates the foundation – not just listening – that makes us powerful Christians.

But how do you put God’s word into practice?

By keeping it in his heart – By bringing the word back to his memory.

So when the Lord tells me that I am his temple – and that I have received his truth within me.

So when I praise, worship or pray – I base myself on this word – I do everything in the awareness of this word.

So, when the temptations of the enemy – the lies of the enemy – come, it’s these very words you’ve received within you, which

will have the destructive power to annihilate all the enemy’s flaming arrows.

So by applying this word, it will keep the peace and joy in me – received through this word.

Beloved, do not lose what you have received-do not let slip the word you have received from the beginning.

Eternal life is attached to this.

**Always considering that you receive in your house the president –

Despite the fact that he lives with you, it’s not certain that you’ll have access to all the privileges that a member of his family would have.

So there will be things you won’t have access to.

What’s more, despite his presence in your home, even though he’s president, that’s not going to stop you from getting sick or even dying. And then – his

presence in your home won’t give you eternal life.

Beloved, know that in reality, it is far more advantageous for you – for Jesus to dwell within you.

** Now, the Lord Jesus, by the sacrifice of his life, has given us unlimited privileges.

Consider this carefully:

When Jesus died – what happened?

The veil was torn so that people like you and me could have direct access to God’s presence.

For the veil prevented people from entering the Most Holy Place.

In Moses’ time, apart from him, only the high priest could enter. Although this high priest had been

consecrated by God, he was entitled to it only once a year.

The rest of the priests only entered the court or holy place of the tabernacle.

Beloved, don’t forget that you are God’s temple – which means there are no limits for you – for you have access to God’s throne of mercy. mercy.

This is the same throne where Moses went and received all the solutions/instructions he needed. (Exodus 25.22)

In this way, we are granted all rights and privileges. So long as you keep his word within you – there are no limits for you.

Even if the enemy tells you you’re not going to make it – you know you will.

If the enemy shows you limits – you know you have no limits because the truth is within you.

With truth comes the possibility of the impossible. For he who is the master of the impossible lives within you.

Beloved, this is what you must understand, this is what you must accept and reject the enemy’s plans.

** Jesus said when I come back will I find faith? (Luke 18:8)

This means that times will be so difficult that even a Christian may doubt the existence of God.

So how do you keep the faith and achieve victory in difficult times?

It is by keeping the truth we have received. Our faith will be put to the test. Our knowledge of Christ will be tested.

And if you’re already a weak Christian – you can’t have victory.

But know that it’s not too late, today, to get back in the boat – for you have the power to destroy the devil’s lies. And

decide to stick to the truth.

You have the truth inside you. We had got into the habit of putting it aside.
But the truth must never be hidden by us – still less transformed as we please.

Time is short – you have to decide – whether you’re in the boat or out.

Because in Christ, you can only be on one side – not both.

If in 1 John.2.24 -27 we are told to keep this word – it’s because all the apostles lived in the awareness of Jesus’ presence within them.

And that was their strength, because they knew Christ was in them – and so their mentality changed – they didn’t do what displeased Christ.
For you cannot say you know God and at the same time defile his temple.

As God’s temple, we have to be careful about what we hear, think, say or do… In order to keep this temple pure.

How can we do this in a practical way?

Through meditation and prayer, to keep the temple always lit. All the while remembering the word you continually received.

Knowing consciously that you are not alone, you have value, Christ dwells in you – then there are many things you are able to do.
No longer accept the devil’s lie, but declare every day on your life – God’s truth.

Then prayer, praise, worship, meditation become easy when we keep this position such as: I am the temple of God – Christ dwells in me…

It’s the truth – the word that is our connection.

And to destroy what the enemy had planted in us. And to continue to grow in Christ – to evolve – to shine so that Christ is seen through us.

You must learn to submit your thoughts to God’s presence – Then you’ll have experiences with the Lord you’ve never had before.
