What is the mercy of God?
It is the manifestation of God’s love especially for man, the pagan, the sinner.
How does this mercy manifest itself?
The sacrifice of Jesus has allowed us to share in the mercy of God.
Many graces are attached to the mercy of our God such as:
-The forgiveness of our sins;
-The fact of being a child of God, of being saved, of being justified, of hearing the word, of being able to pray in the name of Jesus and receive the answer to our prayers, of being constantly protected…
-The possibility of having access to the presence of God.
-Healing is a manifestation of God’s mercy.
-The authority, the power that God gives us through his word for example to be the light of the world, to be the dwelling of God, to be able to walk on snakes and scorpions and nothing can harm us.
When we do very serious acts against God such as abortion, murders, adultery etc… And we do not receive sentences directly, it is the fruit of God’s mercy; because the Lord gives us time to be able to repent.

God is on his throne of mercy.
Now, in our time, God the Father is on his throne of mercy – JESUS too.
When Jesus returns, his mercy will end, for eternal life is received by mercy.
Indeed, the time will come when God will be seated on the throne of Justice.
We must therefore take advantage today to turn to the Lord, to take advantage of this time of grace.
We must know for example that all abortions are on the altar of Baal, they are sacrifices, they activate their evil altars.
As a child of God, our body is the temple of God for his glory alone. Therefore, let us not love the world, nor the things that are in the world. Let us not fall prey to the pleasures of this world.

Who is the enemy?
It is the spirit of this world, the pleasures of this world such as pornography…
The only person who is able to destroy the evil spirit of this world, the serpent, and who is able to bring you to heaven, is the Lord Jesus. That is why you must follow him with all your heart.
For it s written that at the mention of the name of Jesus every knee bends (Phil. 2:10) and Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1John 3:8).

The redeemed is the one who is aware that the Lord has delivered him from evil, from the spirit of this evil world, from hell.
Before being redeemed, he was a pagan and suffered from all kinds of situations, evils, vices, bad attitudes…

So what should the redeemed say?
That God is good!
Indeed, to be thankful when you remember your suffering in the world, everything you went through and how the Lord delivered you from confusion, hell, darkness, curse, distress, depression…
So we must constantly praise God for his kindness to us, his great mercy to us.
We all need mercy, because when you feel need, uncertainty, weakness, know that you need God’s mercy.
So call on him, ask him to show his mercy no matter how big the danger or situation you are going through.
God is good and his mercy lasts forever!
