1 Corinthians 6
20 For you were bought at a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Beloved, for a person who discovers this verse by reading it – Is this enough for this word to be active in his life?
No – that’s not good enough at all.
When God speaks – there’s something that has to happen inside us, in the thoughts, the reasonings in order to be able to analyze, to understand what God has said.
There’s a machine inside us that allows us to perceive and understand God’s word.
And this mechanism must be engaged, otherwise the word will not be effective in our lives.
When God speaks, all mankind must listen carefully to what he says.
God created us in his image – we must be attentive to all his words.
When God speaks, it’s to transform the person.
We all still need to transform, to move forward, to progress. And what makes this possible is the Word of God.
But just hearing and reading the word is not enough.
When God speaks, He is visiting us, for He visits us through His word.
So, if it visits you and you don’t do anything with it – that means you’ve stopped the process.
Whatever God says, I have to take it seriously so that my soul and God are one. At that moment, it’s no longer me, it’s the Lord who lives in me.
My heart’s contact with God’s word will enable me to be delivered.
I am redeemed because the one who redeemed me let him enter me through his word.
So I need to know that I’m not alone.
My strength comes from Him – I live through Him – Everything I do is through Him.
It is from this moment on that we say that this person is born again.
It starts with the way you receive the word.
Everything is then possible for those who receive God’s word in their hearts.
Beloved, consider this:
A lady goes to see a doctor to check on her condition.
And after analysis, the doctor tells her she’s pregnant.
But just a few seconds ago, this woman didn’t see herself as pregnant.
What will change in this lady?
Certainly, it will change the way she sees herself, her perception.
She will rejoice because of the word she received from the doctor.
The word came to confirm what was invisible.
The good news came from someone who could see what she could not.
So he needed someone who could see to bring him the good news.
Beloved, when the word comes to us, it is to set us free, to deliver us, to bring us joy.
And the means by which God helps us is his word.
The cross is not an object to be taken to church, still less the blood of Jesus.
Everything happens in spirit.
** How does God forgive? How does God heal?
Through his word.
When a person is sick and knows how to receive the word, he will be healed.
The pregnant woman’s joy is instantaneous. So know that all you have to do is accept what the Lord says and you’ll see the manifestation.
– As soon as God tells you, you’re forgiven – you just have to accept.
Otherwise, it’s as if you’ve put yourself outside grace by refusing his word.
But very often we resist God’s voice.
Even when God reveals your sin to you – it’s through his word.
John 14:6-7
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
7 If you knew me, you would know my Father too. And now you know it, and you’ve seen it.
Take this example – The phone rings – you pick it up and answer “hello”. This act is just common to all.
However, knowing how the phone works can help you control the reception of that call.
So we need to understand that mastering spiritual things to communicate is essential.
Whenever we form an image of Jesus in ourselves, the word cannot be received in spirit.
When you listen to him, you don’t have to see a physical Jesus – you have to see a physical Jesus.
In the same way, the Lord Jesus does not speak of a physical path.
How can a human being be a path?
So he’s talking about what’s inside him. In other words, the Word.
What he transmits, what he says, is life, the way.
** How do you walk with Jesus?
By his word.
Pay attention to everything Jesus says.
Don’t let yourself be manipulated – When you receive the word, it’s in you.
Then you can say: “Jesus is in you”, “You have life”…
You have life, for you have received the word.
Speech is spirit. – it’s powerful. If you grasp this, you will tread on your enemies, on snakes, scorpions and all the power of the enemy nothing can harm you. (Luke 10:19)
Jesus is not in the same business as we are. He is God.
He took on a body only to come and save us – and this because sin had to be washed away by blood. (Hebrews 9:22)
So the Lord Jesus came as the Lamb of God.
In John 14.6- Jesus said: “No one comes to the Father except through me”.
** How is this possible? Where is the Father? Is it a physical Jesus?
If not then I don’t need to go to him physically
Beloved, if we receive God’s word properly, the devil will no longer be able to manipulate us.
John 14.7 If you knew me, you would know my Father too. And right now, you know it, and you’ve seen it.
Learn to see Jesus in your mind through his word alone.
We have to look for the word, not the physical.
Receiving even a single verse, and standing firmly on that word, becomes our connection with the mighty Son of God.
He who does not receive the word in spirit cannot live a life of victory.
Indeed, when you receive his word, it becomes your new identity, you begin to see yourself through this word – and so you can praise, declare with power…
Then the whole chain will be destroyed.

Lord, your word is my foundation.
I was bought out at a Grand Prix.
You are the Way, the Truth and the Life
As I stand on your word, my life receives God’s fire.
My life receives joy, strength, peace.
By your blood, I cancel all access to the world of darkness.
In your name, I’m a winner.
I am blessed.
I’m protected.
I’m cured.
I am delivered.
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
