Mark 4.
41 And they feared exceedingly, and said to one another, “Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him!
It was Jesus who called the disciples and one day He said to them – Let’s go over to the other side.
The disciples, most of whom were fishermen, awoke Jesus in a spirit of death and fear because of the violence of the storm.
Who is this Jesus? Jesus is the Redeemer.
By entering this boat, it is the image of Jesus that we have accepted into our lives.
Jesus was in the boat – in the boat of His disciples.
A child of God is characterized as a child of God because Jesus is inside him.
Just as there was a problem during their crossing, a child of God can have problems.
Jesus brought calm to the storm because He was in the boat. Whatever the situation, it’s no problem for Jesus.
Beloved, Jesus’ place is in us.
Whoever has Jesus inside them – whatever the tornado, whatever the problems, that person can turn to Jesus.
Jesus lived in this world. He is God, He sees all, He knows all. Sometimes we think Jesus didn’t see or hear what we saw or heard. This is a mistake.
Before we hear, Jesus has already heard, He has already seen. So I don’t have to worry, I don’t have to panic, but I do have to stay calm.
Walking with Jesus doesn’t mean there won’t be a storm, but it does mean that as long as Jesus is there, then the solution is there.
The reason there are medical doctors is because there are medicines. The doctor’s strength is in his medicines. Without medication, he can do nothing.
But Jesus is both doctor and pharmacist. He is All.
Colossians 1.
16 For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
The Christian is not just anyone.
The way God has planned things, the sorcerer can’t even get close to a Christian and succeed.
The Christian according to God is not what we see. Christianity has lost its value. For we have changed things, we analyze according to our own wisdom.
If man’s wisdom could give life, why would Jesus have come?
One sinner cannot save another. Only he who has life.
And Jesus not only has life, He is Life.
Is Jesus in your boat?
So don’t be afraid. And if you’re scared, turn to Jesus, He’ll sort it out.
Brothers, some people have health problems and never call on Jesus. The first thing they do is call the doctor. Jesus wants us to talk to Him.
Never imagine that evil will come to you, only good. This is part of our faith.
Jesus spoke to the wind, to the storm. So when the situation is troubled, we need to talk to Jesus.
At work, when your supervisor threatens you, remember that Jesus is in the boat. Speak to Him: “Lord, take control of my manager, He doesn’t know it’s because we’re here, the business is here, forgive him, touch him…”
Brothers, Jesus is in us so that the Father may be glorified. What father or mother isn’t proud when their child wins?
Fear not.
Consider this:
The disciples went to Jesus in fear.
Mark 4
38. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?”
Why were the disciples afraid?
Master, don’t you see…
What did they see?
The disciples saw death in their imagination.
Did Jesus see the same thing?
No. That’s why we must have the spirit of Jesus.
They saw death, but Jesus saw life. It’s the spirit of victory, the spirit of life.
It is in life that health, grace, blessing and abundance come…
This is the character of Christ, the nature of Christ, and this is what we must have.
Brother, sister – how do you see yourself? That’s perception.
Do you see a poor sinner who’s not going to make it, where everything is blocked, whose prayer is powerless, or do you see yourself as someone who has life?
You must see life, and life is not material. Life is spiritual.
Those who receive the life or spirit of Jesus, the mindset changes. They will see things and not be afraid because of what they see, what they know, because of their perception.
You have Life in you, you have Jesus in you. Don’t let the devil manipulate you by what he makes you look at or see. And if he sees that you’re watching or listening, he’ll use that to manipulate your thoughts.
Adam and Eve stood before the tree. Eve thought she was alone, but she wasn’t. Physically Eve was alone, but spiritually Adam was inside her, which is why the devil knew that if he could have Eve, he could also have Adam.
The devil said to Eve:
Genesis 3
1…And he said to the woman, “Has God indeed said, ‘You shall not eat of every tree of the garden’?”
2 The woman answered the serpent: We eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden.
3 but of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God has said, ‘You shall not eat it, nor shall you touch it, lest you die.’ ”
4 Then the serpent said to the woman, “You will not surely die.
So, there was a conflict in Eve. And it’s this conflict that helps the devil. It’s a spirit of confusion. And where there’s confusion, the devil can make his way.
Confusion comes when reality has come, when truth has not been fully grasped; when truth has not been absorbed.
So when the lie comes, that person who hasn’t fully received the truth is going to be confused.
We say that Jesus is Lord, He is powerful. We’ve heard that, but what do we do with it?
And yet this same Jesus who spoke to the wind, who set my brothers free, He can also do something for me.
So this week, Jesus must calm the headwinds in my home, my work…
Beloved, Speak with Jesus, and as He is faithful He will act as He did for the disciples.
If the devil comes to you next week and says do you believe Jesus is with you?
You’ll answer based on the experience you’ve had. Do you want me to give you my testimony? I spoke to Jesus and he chased you away. Satan, you’re a liar, Jesus is in my boat…”
Brothers and sisters, Jesus asks us not just to listen to the Word, but to put it into practice. That is, to allow God to do in your life what He has said.

This means that the disciples didn’t really know Jesus, or only knew part of Him, despite the fact that He was in the boat.
Brother, sister, what is Jesus’ position in you?
If Jesus is small in your heart, you’ll know it. Jesus is great!
And we magnify God in our hearts and minds.
What happened to make the disciples afraid? Because they’ve seen the storm.
When Jesus is within us, we must not be afraid, but have faith, be courageous.
Walking with Jesus is spiritual.
When you open your mouth, things happen. Don’t doubt.
Jesus is spirit. We need to be aware of this.
Consider this: A phone, if I take it and put it in my pocket. What makes it work? Can I see that? No. Because what makes the phone work is what’s inside, which I can’t see.
What makes us walk? It’s what we can’t see that makes us tick. It’s our spirit. What we can’t see.
And when you receive God’s word in your spirit, you are then connected to Jesus.
Consider this:
Between your friend, the president or the Lord Jesus is calling you.
Who are you going to answer promptly?
For your friend, you won’t be prompt, because of the position he has in you. He’s just a friend. Its power is limited.
For the president, you know his skill, his ability, his qualities… Although you know your friend better than the president, you’ll be quicker to respond to him because of his influence.
And when it comes to Jesus? Between your friend, the president and Jesus.
Those who don’t know Him won’t be able to answer Him quickly. For they do not know His position, they do not know that He is capable of all things.
But those who know him will respond promptly. So those who know Jesus walk with confidence. The friend or the president will pass away, but Jesus will always be there.
Jesus must be at the head. If you know Him as He says He is, then the devil will fear you.
If someone sees you with your friend, will they be afraid of you? Will it make a difference? No.
If we see you with the President, what will that change? Many things, for you, in your family, in the neighborhood, everywhere you’ll be looked upon with admiration because of his influence, his authority…It will change the way those around you look at you.
And if Jesus is with you, Jesus is in you, how should you see yourself?
You are a child of God, you are redeemed, you speak with God, you have power, you have authority, when you speak things are accomplished through Him who is in you and with you…This is the position of a child of God.
Beloved, when Jesus rose from the dead, it was for you. The world of darkness, the sorcerers, when they look at you, they see you not as you are with your friend, or even the president, but with Jesus. So they look at you differently, they see the Father, the Son Jesus and the Holy Spirit in you. When you pray in your house, in the neighborhood, they see it because everything changes around you.
Brothers and sisters, let’s return to Christian reality, to the heart of God. Let’s give up our ways, our methods and human wisdom that we take to walk with GOD, it doesn’t work.
There are certain illnesses that should no longer be in our lives; situations that should no longer exist, some should have been married a long time ago, others should have been operating in a very high dimension…
But all this persists because they forget that Jesus is in their boat, they refuse to call on Jesus, there’s an absence of Jesus in their hearts.
Beloved, you shouldn’t follow Jesus like your brother, but like Jesus wants you to.
Jesus can never lie; if you grasp His word, what He has said will come true. Walk with authority.

Lord, you’re in my boat.
May all thoughts of death be destroyed in Jesus’ name.
I destroy all negative thoughts because You are Life.
I declare that power destroys the darkness of my life.
In Christ, I am free, delivered.
You are with me Lord.
Holy Spirit, help me to practice the Word.
Guide me in Your wisdom.
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
