Romans 6. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
What kind of death are we talking about?
Spiritual death. It’s worse than physical death.
Every sin, every type of sin, leads to death: lies, neglect of God…
Sin destroys humanity.
There’s heaven, hell and earth. We are on earth now, but not forever. The life we live is temporary. 2,000 years ago, Jesus came to earth.
But long before that, Adam introduced sin into man’s nature. The devil drove him to sin.
And the moment he decided to listen to the voice of the devil by doing evil, then it was like a covenant that was woven between Satan and him.
And that separated him from God. His decision meant that he was no longer with God.
The devil knocked on his door and opened it. But, the devil only knows how to destroy. All sin comes from him.
Beloved, everything good comes from God. But sin is the devil’s making, the devil’s work.
How did he create sin in man’s life?
The devil has worked to manipulate man’s thoughts, manipulating his life.
He takes the good and manipulates it into evil.
For example, God gave us the mouth. And it’s made for praising God and communicating with Him.
But the devil has studied man to find out how mankind can use the mouth to do evil. That’s how the lie began.
A human being thinks, speaks, hears, moves… every day. So the devil studied what to do to use his ability to speak and hear to his advantage.
He created all kinds of things to make people think about it. But what he gives her to think about is bad.
When a human being has evil thoughts, they don’t come from him; they’ve been communicated to him by the devil to drive him to sin.

Satan created what pleasure is, and he attached it through lust.
The devil has a sinful nature and communicates it to man.
The body is God’s temple. And He created man and woman to have relations within marriage, and thus to have children.
But the devil will find things to push Man to have relations, even if he’s not married, for pleasure.
It took him time, but he persevered to create a system of covetousness in the world, to attract Man’s attention.
To make people want to dirty their bodies in the name of pleasure.
Thus, He created the lust of the eyes. By creating things that people can see, to attract their attention.
That’s why, in this world, we see all kinds of eye-catching clothing.
His strategy is to ensure that what is hidden is exposed.
That’s why people dress to show off their bodies.
Once the body is exposed, then they’ll have the urge. And it’s going to push that desire so hard that the person can’t hold on. Then he or she will take action and sin.
This is how sin is made. It existed long before we did. And from generation to generation, all pornography and nudity belong to him.
It wasn’t there in the first place, but it was the devil who created all these things to attack thoughts.

The devil also worked on emotion.
How does he do it?
It puts selfishness, frustration, hatred, anger, …
Egoism is made up of the fact that man cannot desire God, but desires himself.
Frustration means that when something doesn’t go the way a person wants it to, it pushes them to want it at all costs. Otherwise he or she gets frustrated.
He makes man focus on himself, instead of on God.
This is how he pushes the person to go against God, and thus to sin.

The devil has blinded.
Blinded spiritually by making sure that despite God being there, men don’t see him.
How does it blind?
We know that we can only see God through our minds.
So to blind them, you have to preoccupy them so that they think about a lot of things: problems, their future, their health…
And by letting them be preoccupied in their thoughts, they won’t be able to think about God.
Although God is present, man cannot see him.
But we are created to walk with God. But how many people walk with God? It’s all because of sin.
This is why it is written:
Romans 6. 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
We must not justify sin, but condemn sin in all its forms.
Indeed, humanity without Jesus is lost. And we are justified through Him.
That’s why all those who accept Jesus are forgiven.
As Christians, we need to tell people about Jesus. It’s all part of God’s will.
We need to give ourselves time to talk about Christ, his goodness, eternal life, and even the consequences of sin; that is, what will happen if man refuses Jesus.
The way is Jesus, He is the way.
John 14.6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
God wants us to be a people who love Him and share what He has done.
Jesus is coming back soon, it’s time for man to seek Jesus, to seek grace.

May I be an instrument in your hands.
May every spirit of selfishness in me be destroyed.
Let fear be consumed in Jesus’ name.
Lord, let your spirit seize me.
May the spirit of evangelizing and winning souls never leave me.
Help me so that I never stop talking about you.
May my love for you and for souls grow.
