Apostle Billey.

1Pierre 2.5

you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ

We must be determined to practice everything the Lord teaches us. The Christian must be able to see everything the enemy is doing against his life, and make up his mind with determination to get out of everything negative in his life.

For the practice of the Word destroys the power of the enemy in our lives, destroys all evil spiritual chains. And God restores.

The Christian’s determination is essential for the restoration of his soul.

Any doctor is powerless if the patient does not take the medication prescribed.

When the body is sick, we can take painkillers; but when the soul is sick, these medicines are useless.

Only God’s prescription can act. And this prescription is with the Word of God, the understanding, the revelation of the Word that will directly touch your problem.

The devil, demons, familiar spirits…are the ones who cause blockages of all kinds in our lives. But Jesus came to give us life.

The Lord said in :

Luke 6

46 But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say?

47 Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like:

48 He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the rock.

In a storm, those who practice the Word will not crumble, for they are built on rock, on truth.

Truth is the Word of God, it’s God. He gives us the solution, what we have to do.

It may mean having to change one’s way of seeing things to take on God’s perception, and then accompanying it with prayers.

Life is a responsibility. And that should spur us on.

In today’s world, it’s very easy to focus on work, devote a good part of your time to it, and then take 5 hours off to sleep. Then spend the rest of the time watching TV or on the Internet.

For the natural man, all this is normal. But when it comes to going to prayer, most of the time we’re going to see neglect.

But it’s at the spiritual level that there must be no neglect. For it is the Lord Jesus who makes it possible to succeed at work, and who blesses the fruit of the labor of the hands.

And the Christian who understands that he is a spirit will be a man or woman of prayer, filled with the Word of God.

We must not look for small changes, but for profound changes in our lives.

Although these slight changes we may perceive are signs the Holy Spirit gives us to tell us we’re on the right track. So what should we do? you have to multiply your efforts.

For He who is in you is stronger than He who is in the world.

1 John 4.4 You are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world.

We must refuse to follow this world’s agenda and practice prayer in our homes. Because the enemy is going to tell you: “sleep, you’re tired, you’ve got to go to work, it’s too much, you’ve already been transformed…”

The world is a battlefield. You must choose your enemy.

Who’s your enemy? It’s everything that stands in the way of your advancement. And this enemy must be defeated.

Sometimes, even illness of the body can come from the soul.

So if the soul is totally God’s, the one who continues, and with prayer, will find himself delivered even from the illness he had: hypertension, diabetes, ulcer…

All these things will go away if the Christian takes God’s prescription.

It’s the same for all kinds of spiritual problems, for example, seeing oneself in a dream having sexual relations (husband/wife night)…

These demons prevent marriage or, if the person is married, disturb the home.

To succeed, they introduce things into the soul that allow them to connect with the person.

And if these things are destroyed in the soul, they will no longer have access to the life of the Christian.

Beloved, demons won’t stop you from going to work, but they’ll still do everything they can to stop you from praying, or going to church.

A consistent, unremitting prayer life puts an end to all these oppressions.

And all that is out of place in thoughts, intentions, desires…must be thrown out with violence.

And all this will show that we’re serious and committed to God. For the Lord is not a God of compromise.

We must also make sure that everything we do is for the glory of God.

Beloved, we must pay attention and discipline ourselves by diligently continuing what God asks us to do. And we do this with consistency, in prayer and in the Word, so that God can work more fully in our lives.

When we pray, we must pray with discipline to win the battle. We pray with purpose, and based on the Revelation God has given us.
