Apostle Billey.
Through the special covenant of the blood of Jesus Christ, everything is now possible.
The spirit manages all the spiritual aspects of the human being. And the soul manages material things and relationships.
Spirit and soul form a single spiritual body.
What elements are in the soul and spirit: perception, will, emotion, desires, decision, thoughts, imagination, intelligence, knowledge, …
All these elements are invisible and part of life.
God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are also inside us, in the temple.
John 3.
16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
God decided to give His only Son of His own free will.
We can see a free will to decide.
Every life contains this free choice to decide. Every life contains this free choice to decide.
Those who know this can easily use it to draw closer to God.
But those who don’t know this can easily be manipulated.
Free will is part of your power to navigate this world with confidence.
God the Father decided and everything changed. If he hadn’t decided to do this, nothing would have changed.
You can choose to believe in Jesus, in the truth or not. The Lord will never force us.
The life we have comes from Him. When God decides, no one forces him.
We are created in His image. So we have that power.
Nothing happens by chance. In other words, there’s an action that’s been taken and it produces a result. And this is true even if the action is invisible, i.e. only at the level of the mind.
Everything is triggered by something.
We decide whether or not to accept the truth.
Listening doesn’t mean choosing. It’s a process. We listen, understand and then make a decision.
To decide is to make a choice. Whatever you choose, the Lord will never go against it.
That’s what we need to understand.
For example, a person filled with pride is someone who has decided to go his or her own way.
Anyone who chooses a wrong path, God won’t be able to do anything about it until the person recognizes this and wants to leave that wrong path.
Every day, we exercise our free will, our freedom to make decisions.
The one who voluntarily and freely chooses to believe in Jesus, this decision must come from within, from the spirit.
Why? God also has a Spirit and a Soul. And that’s what He gave us.
Its characteristics are also our characteristics. What He does, we too must do.
Jonh 10.
17 “Therefore My Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again.
18 No one takes it from Me, but I lay it down of Myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This command I have received from My Father.”
The Father’s love is not random.
The Son did something voluntarily. With His free will to decide, Jesus gave His life with all His heart. That’s why the Father loves him.
In everything we do, the freedom to decide is attached.
We have to pay attention to everything we say, to the attitude of our hearts, even in prayer.
Because when we are forced or we force ourselves to do something, God withdraws, He’s no longer there.
It is therefore through our free will that we grow and make sacrifices. This is how we make sacrifices for God.
In Matthew 4, Jesus, filled with the Holy Spirit, was tempted. The Father and the Holy Spirit were there. But they didn’t chase the snake away. Why?
Every human being has the capacity to freely choose to be delivered, to be healed, to be light, to be victorious, to meditate, to be close to God…
When a person chooses the right path, God supports that decision.
When the person is on the wrong track, the Holy Spirit in his love will try to convince the person to come on the right track.
Free will, or the freedom to choose and decide, has been given to us:
_ to express and demonstrate our love for the Father,
_ to show that we understand His will,
_ to show how we feel about everything He does.
Consider this: a Christian woman on her hospital bed has died. Then she met the Lord, who asked her if she wanted to return to earth. Without speaking, she thought of her young child, not wanting him to be left alone.
The Lord, knowing her thoughts, said to her: It’s true, you’re going back to look after your child. And the sister is resurrected in her hospital bed.
This sister’s will brought him back to earth.
On the other hand, some people, discouraged by life on earth, decide to give up on their hospital beds and leave for good.
Beloved, when a person decides on something, there’s nothing we can do but exhort them until they change their mind.
For example, if you think you’re not going to get married, you’ve made up your mind.
Others cancel their graces or put their graces on hold because they do not know the power of free will.
It’s a power we must use to walk with God and be purposeful in His way.
Hebrews 2.
14 Inasmuch then as the children have partaken of flesh and blood, He Himself likewise shared in the same, that through death He might destroy him who had the power of death, that is, the devil,
15 and release those who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage
Can we perceive the free will of the Lord Jesus?
Yes, He chose voluntarily.
Genesis 2
15 Then the Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to tend and keep it.
16 And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, “Of every tree of the garden you may freely eat;
17 but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die.”
What has God done?
The Lord places them before their free will, their free choice.
He could chain them up, lock them in a cage, … But He didn’t do that.
God made Adam and Eve free, in His image. He showed them what is in His heart, His will, which is truth, His way from God.
{He gives His Word and the person decides/chooses}
And He tested their love for Him, their understanding of what He had said, their willingness to walk in God’s way.
When Eve was talking to the snake in front of the tree, God was there to hear. But He said nothing.
He never goes against a person’s will.
In other words, the ability to say no can and must be used.
Genesis 3.
6 So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
In the face of sin, we must use the strength God has given us.
Choosing to say no will show that we’ve understood His will, that we know He’s there for us.
For what God has placed in Eve, this free will, is powerful and she can use it.
This is how Eve freely decided and chose.
Beloved, every day we have this free choice.
God wants us to be spirits that progress in understanding His will.
In principle, according to God, the use of free will will draw Christians closer to God.
We decide to heal, to become champions, to get married, to become good…
It’s up to you. And because you know who you are, you know your identity, the devil can’t stop you.
IN THE NAME OF JESUS, Let Us Pray… →
Lord Jesus, I belong to you.
I proclaim that I am a child of God.
I am redeemed by the blood of Jesus.
Lord, I was born to walk with You and glorify Your name.
I choose to walk in truth.
Je décide de rejeter la voie de ce monde, la voie de la destruction.
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth.
