Apostle BILLEY.

The reason why God doesn’t work in our lives is because of the evil, the iniquity in our hearts.

Yet it’s easy to deal with, to resolve the iniquity in our lives.

Repentance is therefore a blessing for our lives.

In our society, in this world, in this century, in every family, in everyone’s life, there is sin or sins, things that prevent God from acting.

Beloved, we must get rid of this. For a sorcerer to be able to reach someone, he must have injected evil and darkness into that person’s life. The person must first fall into the trap before it can operate. What we call temptation.

But if we understand this, and put a stop to any evil that darkness seeks to put, to do in our lives, we will be victorious.

We must be blessed children. God wants to lift us up so we must remove all darkness in our lives.

When I do things that displease Him, it will rise up as an obstacle between God and me.

So what should I do?

All I have to do is ask forgiveness for my attitude. And the moment I repent, the obstacle is removed and favor is restored.

Proverbs 28:13 He who covers his sins will not prosper, But whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.

We have nothing to gain by keeping our arrogance, lies, family pride, spirit of jealousy, unforgiveness, rebellion…

On the contrary, it destroys us.

However, we can repent and give up.

If there are difficulties in the family, in the home, sulking…

If I start justifying myself, I won’t have the courage to ask for forgiveness. Self-justification is very close to pride.

Beloved, we must take our share of responsibility.

God does not want us to perish John 3.17. For God did not send his Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through him.

There are certain problems in our lives that are maintained by sin. It’s a terrible evil that even leads to illness. Depression is a sin; it leads to oppression.

When a Christian is depressed or oppressed, it’s his or her definition of life that is contrary to God. And all this makes him depressed. All it takes is for the person to return to God and stay on God’s path, then the depression will go away.

Depression is in the world without God, but peace is found in the Lord.

Consider this,

There was a former sorcerer who converted and told this story: One day, he went to visit his sister to attack her; for she was a Christian. So his intention was to make his sister angry. And if she got angry, it would be an open door for him. He left with demons so that they could enter his life.

So when he arrived, he started accusing his big sister of everything. But in the face of all these accusations, the truly Christian sister showed patience and self-control.

She responded calmly, denying the accusations. The sister didn’t fall into the trap.

Her tranquility completely disarmed the former sorcerer. Self-control is a gift of the spirit.

As Christians, we need to have that.

Beloved, let’s get rid of our old clothes and allow God to give us new ones.

There’s power in forgiveness. He who repents brings grace on his side.

God’s hand will be on each of us to protect us, and His light will shine on our families.

Remember point 7 of the booklet on deep repentance:

4. Repentance Is An Act Of Faith That Strengthens Our Faith.

Repentance is an act of faith in the Lord Jesus. Faith in the Lord Jesus Christ is the foundation on which sincere and meaningful repentance is built.

Since we have been redeemed at the price of the Lord Jesus’ sacrifice, we are entitled to turn to Him for forgiveness.

1 Corinthians 6:20 and Hebrews 4:16.

We know that men are saved by grace, through faith in the Word of God. Repentance is an act of faith centered on what the Lord has said.

This is why it is said that ” whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved “. Giving a sinner the opportunity to repent is a great act of grace from the Lord. Acts 2:21

Salvation is a supernatural work of God… (Romans 10:9-13)
