Testimony:
John 5
8 Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.”
Last Sunday, when the Lord gave the Word on Truth. Something happened in my soul. It had already begun when we heard Friday’s message in John 5, where Jesus healed this man who had been sick for thirty-eight years.
This message touched me and brought my soul back to God.
Three months ago, I started to feel pain in my kidneys. And the pain only increased. So I started to worry.
I massaged with hot water from time to time. I also put on anointing oil, but the pain came and went.
What’s more, I was also experiencing pain in my right arm. My left foot was soft, making it difficult to cushion movements.
So when I received the message that was being preached from John 5, it lightened my heart and I then realized that there was doubt in my heart.
Now, the Word explained to me that he who has the truth doesn’t seek to know how things are going to happen, but all he knows is that it’s going to happen. For this is God’s domain.
And all the patient has to do is get into bed and walk around.
So I looked at this truth, and decided to step forward to be prayed for. Thoughts of doubt, shame, …assailed me. Despite this, I stepped forward. And as soon as I took that step, the bad thoughts disappeared.
My feet were shaking. And all the words and prayers penetrated me.
Then I went and sat down. Then during worship, my arms were raised, I saw something move all the way up my arm to my whole body. And I started to move my hip to test it, but I could feel the pain.
However, despite the pain, I kept telling myself that I was cured. And I even went to visit a family.
When I woke up in the morning, I realized that the pain was gone, no more pain. To this day.
A few years ago, the Lord reminded me how he had healed me of a toothache. For a week, I couldn’t sleep. I was thinking of going to the dentist.
And while I was away at church on New Year’s Eve, there was a call for all those who were ill. And a power propelled me from one side to the other. The pain disappeared completely and I didn’t even need to go to the dentist.
Brothers, I’ve understood that God is able to heal without going through a man, since it’s Truth that created the body.
