The LORD is always before my eyes; when he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

Psalm 16:8

I thank God for everything, He has done extraordinary things in my life.

At the beginning of this year 2022, I had applied for a job in the government.
As a result, a background check had to be done before the organization could accept my files.

During this waiting time, I was constantly in prayer, I remembered a word taught in church that encouraged us to have our eyes on the Lord constantly.

By the grace of God, I was recruited; and my manager informed me that I had the opportunity to apply for a higher position after three months of experience.

So I started this new job, and three months later, in a natural way, this manager encouraged me to apply for a higher position than the one I was on. And that’s what I did in the aftermath.

I got an appointment for an interview. After that, I started to be apprehensive about the interview. In fact, while discussing with a colleague who had applied for the same position, he told me about his interview, how difficult it had been, many questions had been asked, and even that there were tests to be done.
All this talk had brought a little anxiety into me; however, I dismissed it all and decided to take a good moment in prayer.
So I poured out my heart to the Lord and prayed to him, relying on the words of Proverbs 21:1: The heart of the king is a stream of water in the hand of the Lord; he inclines it wherever he wishes.

Shortly thereafter, I went to my interview where I found the manager with a thick file that he was looking through.
After the words of politeness, he then began to tell me about the company and the vision of the organization. I also tried to interact as much as I could during this, patiently waiting for us to get to the heart of the matter. And just at one point, he finalized the interview by telling me that I was hired for the position.
I was so surprised! I recognized the mighty hand of the Lord who had acted again. He, who had brought me to this country, had given me the grace to be recruited to such a position in a government agency in such a short time and in a miraculous way!
I give all the glory to the Most High and Merciful.
